部份的內容翻的並不清楚

而且又怕翻錯。

所以再來發問。

這次的內容比較多

所以分兩個主題發問。

合約的部份內容如下：OBLIGATIONS OF REGULATION EC 1013/2006In respect of Article 5 (3) of the Regulation:1)On the notifier to take the waste back if the shipment or the recovery or disposal has not been completed as intended or if it has been effected as an illegal shipment

in accordance with Article 22 and Article 24(2);2)On the consignee to recover or dispose of the waste if it has bees effected as an illegal shipment

in accordance with Article 24(3);and3)On the facility to provide

in accordance with Article 16(e)

a certificate that the waste has been recovered or disposed of

in accordance with the notification and the conditions specified therein and the requirements of this Regulation.

歐盟廢棄物境外轉移法規關於法規的第5 (3)條款：1) 對通知人取回廢棄物之規定

如裝運或恢復或處置未依預定完成

或有因非法裝運造成影響者

按法規第22條及第24 (2)條； 2) 對收貨人之規定

恢復或處置廢棄物

若有因非法裝運造成影響者

按法規第24 (3)條；及3) 對設施之規定

按法規第16(e)條

需提供證明廢棄物已依通知和指定條件及本條款所要求恢復或處置。

章程EC 1013/2006的義務關於章程的文章5 (3) ： 1)在收回廢物的通知人

如果發貨或補救或者處置未完成按照計畫或

如果它被影響了作為非法發貨

與文章22和文章24 (2)符合; 2)在恢復或處理廢物的承銷人

如果它有作為非法發貨被影響的蜂

與文章24 (3)符合; 並且 3)在提供的設施

與文章16 (e)

一份證明符合廢物恢復了或被處理了

與通知符合和条件指定的在其中和這個章程的要求。

義務監管歐共體1013 /2006在關於第5條（3）規例： 1）在發出通知採取廢物回如果貨物或回收或處置尚未完成

如果它有意或已經實行為非法運輸

按照第22條和第24（2）; 2）在收貨人收回或處置廢物如果有蜜蜂影響為非法運輸

按照第24條（3）;和3）在基金提供

按照第16（e）

證書

廢物已被收回或處置

按照通知和規定的條件和要求
